Around this time of year, people often ask me if the holidays are a good time to sell your home.
In my experience, I’ve found that this can be a great time to sell. First of all, your home will likely be nicely decorated for the holidays. That will allow buyers to visualize themselves living in the home and imagine how it will feel to experience their own holidays there.
Additionally, there are typically fewer homes on the market during the holidays. As a result, the people who are interested in buying are more serious; winter buyers often have to move by a certain date, so you’ll likely get many serious offers on your property.
