Learn about the Paquin Team’s new loan program for co-borrowers.

I have some great news for those of you that have been thinking about buying a home. I recently spoke with Ryan Paquin from First Home Mortgage about this exciting new program.

Historically, you would have to use the lower of two credit scores if you have two borrowers on a loan. If one has a 780 credit score and the other is a 620 credit score, the 620 will be used for the underwriting. Fannie Mae announced that they’re now going to take an average of the two, which is tremendous. We can go as low as a 600 credit score for the co-borrower.

If you’ve had any problems with qualifying in the past and really want to get a conventional loan, then now is the time to look at this program. You can email ThePaquinTeam@FirstHome.com or call Ryan at 443-377-1589 for more information. If you have any other real estate-related questions, please feel free to call me at 301-385-4853. I’d love to hear from you and help in any way I can.
